SHIPPING POLICY
Ship across New Zealand (excluding P.O Boxes and to the Chatham Islands). Please choose your orders carefully as we cannot make changes after they have been processed/shipped. All orders will be shipped at your cost. If you are unsure about your delivery address or would like to delay shipment (no longer than 14 days), please email us at contact@comfortablelivingnz.com.
We aim to keep shipping costs low, which is the reason for the variability in cost depending on delivery address. Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery with your own freight forwarding service, courier, and/or transport company.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Confirmed and paid orders will be normally dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).
- Please provide a daytime contact phone number.
- Allow 2 to 10 working days for deliveries.
- Allow an extra 2 to 5 working days on top of the standard delivery timeframe for rural deliveries.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed where appropriate.
- For Click & Collect orders, an email will be sent regarding a suitable pickup time at our warehouse in Christchurch Central City when your item(s) are ready.
- Orders will only be dispatched once the payment has been received.
- We use a third-party delivery company, as such we cannot guarantee or deliver on a specific day or time; the exception is for a delivery made in Christchurch (if there is a deadline for a delivery or specific time, please email us at contact@comfortablelivingnz.com to discuss a personal delivery).
- Orders placed on weekends and/or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY GUIDELINE
- You MUST notify us within 36 hours of any internal or external damages to your goods. Email us at contact@comfortablelivingnz.com.
- Assembly is not included in the shipping cost; the exception is for deliveries made in Christchurch which will incur an extra assembly fee, please contact us to discuss.
