By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are in NZD$ and are inclusive of GST. Only payment methods using credit card facilities or bank deposits are accepted.

If payment is not received within 10 days from the date you receive your order confirmation, Comfortable Living reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are only accepted and processed for the shipment of products to customers residing within New Zealand ONLY. Further information regarding the shipment of our products can be found in our Shipping Policy.

REFUNDS AND WARRANTY

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy is designed to set things right. Carefully read the terms and conditions of this policy under our Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty to applicable products covers any fault, defect, or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any faults caused by a lack of maintenance, weather damage, the incorrect use/assembly of Comfortable Living products, nor normal wear and tear.
